DIY/Build your own ATC mechanicals for a fraction of the cost of an OEM ATC. These mechanical drawings are for a direct bolt on mechanical system similar in function to the OEM ATC. These CAD drawings allow you to machine the parts and assemble yourself thus saving thousands of dollars.

(File: Direct Drive) file contain 2 ATC designs; the original direct drive design which is in current use. Then I applied design additions (File: Air Blast) that has untested changes applied incorporating a nice addition, you choose. Feedback is welcome!!!

How it works

ATC is Pneumatically driven in/out with an air Cylinder and proximity sensor referenced at tool load position.

Tool carrousel/tray rotation is Stepper motor driven as well as proximity sensor referenced.

Enclosure door is opened/closed by mechanical linkage during tool load sequence.

Main model file is featured in a 10-tool format. You can easily change the model to 12 tools (Conversion parts file included) For Path/pilot.
