770/MX BT30 ATC 10 Tool Kit

We are working on a 12 Tool changer but requires a few component changes/additions that is not interchangeable with our other tool changers. contact us for availability.

Don’t have time to make your own DIY ATC parts or is the OEM system to pricey? Let us help you at a 3rd of the price compared to OEM. This 10 Tool ATC’s mechanics is for BT30 tools.
All ATC kits will require Mechanical assembly, Minor wiring and air system plumbing as well as separate purchases of miscellaneous tools / supplies (Listed Below). Then mechanical setup to your machine.

This is a DIY kit not a complete ready to go system. It requires assembly, minor electrical, Air system plumbing, Software setup, and a few offsite small part/material/supplies purchases (examples below).

Basically, we take all the individual kits offered on this site and package together then add Linear rails, Air solenoids, Air cylinder with mount, Air PSI sensor, and Spindle brake pneumatic parts. to make it a Semi complete kit. (Approximately 90% complete) Kit design and included parts will evolve over time if you order and an advancement/upgrade is made available at the time of processing your order you will get the update with no extra charge.

770 BT30 ATC CAD Plans Included and available for download after purchase. also included in plans is 12 tool conversion files (Fusion360).

For this ATC kit all you will have to do is assemble the mechanics mount to your machine's column, Complete minor wiring, connect power and USB cable, plumb an air supply system, perform some simple mechanical and software ATC alignments to your spindle, make some simple Path-pilot control software changes (Depending on OEM default tool count) and you're ready to start making parts.

Your machine will require a pneumatic power draw bar to be installed (not included)

Some common Items required and not included in the kit in order to complete your build:

• 18 AWG, 5 conductor Wire (length from electronics box to machine cabinet)
• Wire gromets and/or liquid tight fittings (for wire/cable entrance into electronics box)
• 20 awg, 10 conductor wire (for pneumatic solenoids, PSI sensor, Power Drawbar Button(s)
• Wire Ferrules and Crimp tool kit (available on Amazon, E-Bay)
• Common electrical connectors and crimp tool (Auto parts Stores, Amazon, E-Bay)
• Air system plumbing parts (NPT fittings, 1/4" air hose, push to connect air fittings and flow control valves)

Currently we will assemble kits to order. Please note this Kit can have a variable lead time(Generally 1-2weeks). This is due stock as parts and kits are made in my free time as this is not my day job. please contact me to get an estimated time for shipping before ordering.
