770M / Series 3 DIY ATC Mechanical CAD Plans
Build your own ATC mechanicals for a fraction of the cost of an OEM ATC. These mechanical drawings are for a direct bolt-on system that works like the OEM ATC. You machine the parts and assemble them yourself, saving thousands of dollars.
The files include two ATC design options, so you can build with either a belt drive or a direct gear drive for tool fork carousel rotation. Both designs have been built and are running on working machines.
How it works
The main model is set up in a 12-tool format. You can easily change it to an 8- or 10-tool setup for PathPilot (disc designs included).
File format: Fusion 360 (.f3z), with sheet metal files (.f3d) for the enclosure parts. If you need another file type, please contact us.
The CAD files are available as an instant download once your purchase is complete, so you can get started right away.
