770/1100 ATC Electronics Cabinet Kit

This is the same heavy-duty electronics cabinet I used on my personal ATC build. Fit, finish and function make it a solid addition to your ATC.

The cabinet is available with either board:

• Standard ATC Interface: for the standard ATC.
• XC ATC Interface: everything on the Standard board, plus the clearance-axis circuits and two additional proximity sensors. This one is for ATCs with the Extra Clearance (XC) option.

Both boards share the same mounting positions, so the cabinet layout is identical either way.

The ATC Interface, buck converter and motor driver come pre-mounted on the removable OEM electronics plate, and some of the component wiring is already done. You’ll finish the remaining wiring during final install. The cable entry hole in the top of the box is left undrilled, so you can place the liquid-tight fitting for the carousel wiring wherever it suits your setup. Wiring diagrams and instructions for your board version are included on a micro-SD card.

• Mean Well 24V buck converter (steps machine voltage down to 24V for the ATC components)
• StepperOnline planetary gear motor and driver
• Proximity sensors: (2) for Standard, (4) for XC
• ATC patch panel and mount
• Wire management adapter plate kit
• Cables for ATC power, solenoids and PSI sensor, matched to your board version
• USB 3.0 adapter cable

Not included (needed to complete the build)

• Liquid-tight fittings for the cable run between the electronics box and the ATC enclosure
• ATC connector: required on M-series and MX machines, or if your machine is already set up for one or you want to add one (available on this site)
• Wire ferrules, common electrical connectors and crimp tools (auto parts stores, Amazon or eBay)
