770/1100 ATC Rail Plate Kit (Direct Drive Only)
For both 3/4TTS and BT30 Designs
This kit is where you mount your HGR15 linear rails and pneumatic cylinder to allow the ATC to slide into tool change position. Also provides the X axis in/out as well as Y axis rotation adjustments when added to the column mount.
Features 6061 Aluminum Rail plate and X & Y Axis slide plate. Aluminum parts are powder coated light gray (Near Match to OEM)
Hardware included
- (6) M6 x 12mm Cap screws and washers
- (2) M6 x 10mm Cap screws and washers (for air cylinder mount)
- (1) M6 x 18mm Flanged button head with washers and jam nut (for enclosure lever)

(1) M4 x 16mm Cap screw and jam nut (As proximity sensor pin) - (12) M4 x 16mm Cap screws ( For linear rails)
No Linear rails or Rail hardware provided as rail manufacture supplies.
