770/1100 ATC Electronics Cabinet Kit (Direct Drive Only)

This electronics cabinet is what I used on my build. The fit, finish, and function is very nice. While some wiring of the components is completed a few things will need to be completed for final install of your ATC. We have pre-mounted the ATC Interface, Buck Converter, and Motor driver to the removable plate. We left the drilling of through holes into the box for input wiring to you as ever persons build requirements may vary (Enclosure, No enclosure, customer enclosure, etc..) Wiring diagrams, instructions from ATC Interface Kit provided on micro SD card.

• Electronics box is all steel construction with door seal and lock and removable electronics tray.
• ATC Interface PCB Kit
• Meanwell 24v Buck converter (Converts higher machine voltage to 24V for ATC components)
• Stepperonline planetary gear motor and driver.
• (2) Proximity sensors

Some Items required to complete build:

• 18 AWG, 5 conductor Wire (length from box to machine cabinet)
• Wire gromets and/or liquid tight fittings (for wire/cable entrance into box)
• Misc 18 awg wire (for pneumatic solenoids, PSI sensor, Power Drawbar Button(s)
• ATC Connector (if your machine is equipped or you wish to add offered on this site)
• Panel mount USB adapter/cable (for UART)
• Wire Ferrules and Crimp tool (available on Amazon, E-Bay)
• Common electrical connectors and crimp tool (Autoparts Stores, Amazon, E-Bay)
