770/1100 ATC Electronics Cabinet Kit

For both 3/4TTS and BT30 Direct Drive Designs

This electronics cabinet is built very heavy duty and is what I used on my build. The fit, finish, and function is very nice addition the ATC. While some wiring of the components is completed a few things will need to be completed for final install of your ATC. We have pre-mounted the ATC Interface, Buck Converter, and Motor driver to the easy to OEM removable plate. We left the drilling of a through hole into the box top for liquid tight fitting for ATC function wiring to the carousel. Wiring diagrams, wiring instructions to and from ATC Interface Kit provided on micro-SD card.

• Electronics box is all steel construction with door seal and lock and removable electronics tray.
• ATC Interface PCB Kit (Supports both TTS and BT30)
• Meanwell 24v Buck converter (Converts higher machine voltage to 24V for ATC components)
• Stepperonline planetary gear motor and driver.
• (2) Proximity sensors
• Wire management adapter plate kit
• 5 Conductor 18awg Cable (Length 5 foot) (for ATC Power)
• Either 8 or 10 Conductor 20awg cable depending on ATC version selected (Length 5 foot) (for solenoids and PSI sensor)
• USB 3.0 adapter cable

Some Items required to complete build:

• Liquid tight fittings (for shielding wire/cable between electrical box and ATC enclosure)
• ATC Connector (if your machine is equipped or you wish to add offered on this site)
• Wire Ferrules and Crimp tool (available on Amazon, E-Bay)
• We recommend our patch panel and mount (located on this site)
• Common electrical connectors and crimp tool (Autoparts Stores, Amazon, E-Bay)
