ATC Interface PCB Kit TTS/BT30

This ATC Interface PCB Kit is a controller to operate your DIY ATC mechanics on an M Series, Series-3, or your DIY CNC machine that is using Path/pilot. It is designed to communicate within the native Path/pilot 2.XX software environment. No proprietary firmware/software, all files are open source found within your current Path/pilot control software even with version updates. So, with our ATC interface kit added to your DIY ATC build it is nearly identical to having an OEM designed ATC at a fraction of the cost.

This ATC interface PCB supports Both TTS and BT30 configurations

Installation is as simple as USB plug and play recognition. Includes Python board v1.1, USB to TTL adapter, and Micro SD card with preconfigured ATC path/pilot files(Also files are editable) as well as super easy to follow detailed Instructions and color Diagrams for point-to-point wiring, Parts requirements, and Read Me's on how to edit files.

This ATC Interface PCB is designed, built and tested in the USA.

What it does:

• USB to TTL adapter simply provides 2-way Communication between Path/pilot and ATC system via USB port on you PC/controller.
• Python board v1.1 is the Brain of the ATC system it takes commands from Path/pilot and directs functions on the Interface PCB using the specific commands(files) stored on the Micro SD card. Then reports back to Path/pilot it has completed the task successfully.
• Interface PCB is just that an interface between the Pyboard and all of the electronics needed to make a functioning ATC. These functions use electronic components that switch the pneumatic solenoids on/off, read signals from the proximity sensors during tool change operations, control the stepper driver/motor for carrousel rotation, as well as receive input signals from pneumatic power drawbar peddle or push buttons, and air low pressure sensor.

Interface PCB connections:

• 4 Pneumatic solenoid outputs ( Air Blast, Air Cylinder, Pneumatic Power Drawbar, and Spindle Brake (BT30)
• System 24VDC input
• USB to TTL connections (RX/TX and 5VDC/GND)
• 1 opto isolated N/C Low Air PSI input
• 2 opto isolated Power drawbar activation input from peddle or push button.
• 2 opto isolated N/O 24VDC Proximity Sensor input for Carrousel and Home.
• 1 opto isolated VFD Zero rpm input.
• Step/Direction/5v for carrousel/tray rotation stepper driver.
• Easy to install wiring via screw terminals.
