770M/Series
DIY/Build your own ATC mechanicals for a fraction of the cost of an OEM ATC. These mechanical drawings is for a direct bolt on system providing all points of adjustment to allow for all alignments to your machine to ensure perfect tool placement and recovery operations.
Customers with PCNC series machines, being I don’t have access to the machine’s ATC mounting bolt pattern or the position in which the ATC is placed on the column. User “may” have to make custom changes within the cad file to the column mounting portion to allow for proper alignment and tool height. Within this file a 770M machine profile is added so you may refer to mounting location to make any needed changes.
How it works
ATC is Pneumatically driven in/out and proximity sensor referenced at tool load position.
Tool carrousel/tray is Stepper motor and belt driven through a 3:1 ratio as well as proximity sensor referenced.
Enclosure door is opened/closed by mechanical linkage during tool load sequence.
Main model file is featured in a 12 tool format. You can easily change the model to fit 8 and 10 tool (disc designs included) For Path/pilot.
