440 PCNC
DIY/Build your own ATC mechanicals for a fraction of the cost of an OEM ATC. These mechanical drawings are for a direct bolt on system providing all points of adjustment to allow for all alignments to your machine to ensure perfect tool placement and recovery operations.
During design space is critical within the 440 platform so we made sure this ATC design would fit within the OEM enclosure plus be able to have up to 12 tools and an ATC enclosure to keep the chips off of your TTS tools? How it works
ATC is Pneumatically driven in/out and proximity sensor referenced at tool load position.
Tool carrousel/tray is Stepper motor and belt driven through a 3:1 ratio as well as proximity sensor referenced.
Enclosure door is opened/closed by mechanical linkage during tool load sequence.
Main model file is featured in a 12 tool format. You can easily change the model to fit 8 and 10 tool (disc designs included) For Path/pilot.
