DIY/Build your own ATC mechanicals for a fraction of the cost of an OEM ATC. These mechanical drawings are for a direct bolt on mechanical system similar in function to the OEM ATC. These CAD drawings allow you to machine the parts and assemble yourself thus saving thousands of dollars.

Current files contain 2 ATC designs, (Direct Drive) design which is in current use and (Air Blast) that has untested changes applied incorporating a nice addition you choose. Feedback is welcome!!!

How it works

ATC is Pneumatically driven in/out with an air Cylinder and proximity sensor referenced at tool load position.

Tool carrousel/tray rotation is Stepper motor driven as well as proximity sensor referenced.

Enclosure door is opened/closed by mechanical linkage during tool load sequence.

Main model file is featured in a 12 tool format. You can easily change the model to fit 8 and 10 tool (disc designs included) For Path/pilot.
